I think she was the only server working, but we never felt neglected and she went above and beyond to make sure we always had water and that everything was okay and to our liking. I recently visited Cheese Street, and I was thoroughly impressed by their cheese pizza. The crust was perfectly baked, the cheese was rich and gooey, and the flavors were absolutely spot-on. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and take great care in preparing their food.

What made my visit even better was the exceptional service. Brandon, the owner, personally made sure we were well taken care of, and his warm hospitality truly stood out. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the service are top-notch, but Cheese Street hits the mark on both.

“Food was great. Service was subpar. I’m not sure if they are under staffed, but we called a to-go order and was told an hour wait. Seemed reasonable for a Sunday afternoon. Get there and my order “got lost”. Fast forward 30 minutes and I watched 4 tables have to get up and find their server to get their check. Servers seem busy, just not attending to the customers. Will probably stick to my usual pizza joints.“

Also, every employee that I've encountered there is kind, patient, helpful and really wants to make sure you have a great experience. Even when they're super busy, Sidewall staff are always on top of things. I had a an over-the-top experience today at the Travelers Rest location in the afternoon, and I am oh-so-forever grateful for them today.“
