Hardee's is known for its cleanliness and friendly staff, making it a great place to eat. Customers appreciate the polite service and often recommend speaking to the manager, who is praised for her excellent management skills. The restaurant can experience higher wait times during busy hours, particularly in the mornings and evenings, but the food is always hot and fresh. Diners love the breakfast and lunch options, especially the Famous Star and the Holly Jolly Sparkler. The Biscuit and Gravy is also a favorite, with its buttery biscuit and perfect gravy consistency. Many have enjoyed the food through delivery services like DoorDash, noting that it has improved significantly over time. Overall, Hardee's offers a perfect example of southern customer service, with delicious food, great portions, low prices, and efficient drive-thru service, making it an ideal choice for those on a budget or looking for a quick meal.
