I purchase drinks everyday from this Starbucks and 99% of the time they are wonderful and if not, I politely let them know. ( It’s happened a couple of times) I use the drive through and a lot of the time, the lines are long for a few reasons: 1. It's RIGHT off I-95, 2. It's popular and the only Starbucks for MILES around. 3. People don't know how to line up for the drive through. Operates so slowly you’d think you were at a Taco Bell. Every. Single. Time.
Extremely long wait. First latte came out after 10 minutes, the second came out after 25 minutes (which they made incorrectly), as did the sandwiches. Two of the employees were rude. The bathrooms had trash and water all over the floor, could have been urine.
