“I sampled some of their Cinnamon loaf at a family member’s house over Christmas holidays, YUM!! So today we took a Sunday afternoon drive to find them. Not only did I snag a full Cinnamon loaf for us, we tried a new offering, personal sized Napoleon! It was the perfect sweet snack for the 2 of us on our afternoon adventures. We look forward to swinging by on future Sunday afternoons to try other goodies!!“

“This is one of my favorite places in the Columbia area! I love trying new pastries and finding what I like.
A note for my fellow gringos: when you enter, look to the right and grab a clean tray and some tongs. Then grab whatever looks good from the cabinets and remember that it's CASH ONLY. Most pastries are $1 or $1.50 each. The torta bread (usually on bread racks to the left) is particularly good. Try everything!
They are open long hours every day. Be kind to the staff!“

“My experience was nice. Made it sunday night I parked in door 10. Yard dog comes in early didn't say anything to me. Checked in 530am but the official check in is at 6am they call and verify your information you may get a door you may not. You have to drop trailer disconnect and park on the other side of 10 the picture is above 1hr 30mins give or take“

Few people having a coffee on the patio area. Everything looked so delicious! House made breads, cookies, cakes, and fresh brewed coffee. “This little bakery is AMAZING!!! For those who remember The Copper Door of years gone by Crust Bakehouse occupies a space on the premises. Walking in the door and seeing the eclectic ambience of the bakery evokes memories of "Here are friends and all is well." You just have to go and see for yourself! We had a variety of breads, scones, brownies, baggettes, croissants, etc. Everything was perfect. The pecan tart was not too sweet like so many pecan tarts or pies. It had whole pecans and a light delicate crust. The whole grain bread was light and airy and sliced perfectly. The miso blondie with walnuts was cooked and then a light coating of chocolate was spread around the edges. Need I say more? We had 3 different scones . . chocolate chip scone, 3 cheese scone and sausage & cheese scone. This was the first time I have ever eaten a scone that was not hard and dry! They were loaded with flavor and made my morning coffee so much better. And yes. . . I had put them in the frig. for the next morning. They microwaved just fine and were flaky and delectable. Can you tell I am a big fan of this bakery? Oh . . let.s don't forget Baker Zack who is the essence here. I could go on but you just have to find your own favorite. Thank you Baker Zack!“

I was leaving the gym and crazing a sweet treat. I google bakeries near me and this was the closest one. I’ve always passed by it but never went in so I decided to check it out. I was blown away.

The interior is cozy and well lit. The range of products was incredible. They had so many prepared foods that I can’t wait to try. I bought some of the best smelling soap I’ve ever smelt (smelled? Idk).

The service was incredible as well. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Overall an amazing experience and I can’t wait to try more here.“

“On 10/4/25 we placed an order for our 11 yr old daughter (30 minis) to take to school for her BETA Club. To make a long story short the employee working that night didn't want to bake the cookies and tried to cancel the online order. Manager got involved after we left the store and promised the cookies to us the same night. Sent a family member to pick the cookies up since we don't live near the store. Thinking the cookies were lovely like they usually are she didn't check them. They looked raggedy and I guess that employee didn't like being forced to do her job. Contacted the manager with a picture of the mess & was directed back to the store. New day, new staff. I was greeted by Josie & Oliver who proved to be amazing young adults. They handled the situation like true professionals. I went in feeling let down and unappreciated as a customer. When I left I was happy and smiling. Thank you to the manager, Josie & Oliver for making right what was once wrong. To the female who tried to steal my joy & break the spirit of an 11 yr. old, customer service is an art form and you do not possess the skills required. Customer service is for those who care and obviously you don't. Hopefully the next time we visit Crumbl you won't be there because you definitely can not help me with anything.“
