“I sampled some of their Cinnamon loaf at a family member’s house over Christmas holidays, YUM!! So today we took a Sunday afternoon drive to find them. Not only did I snag a full Cinnamon loaf for us, we tried a new offering, personal sized Napoleon! It was the perfect sweet snack for the 2 of us on our afternoon adventures. We look forward to swinging by on future Sunday afternoons to try other goodies!!“

“Very professional and affordable..We had Ms. Tina do our beautiful 2 tier wedding cake in March 2017. It came out amazing and it tasted great. She can do alot of variety of cakes. Definitely recommend to everyone for wedding cakes and more. We will be returning customers for other occasions.❤❤“

“This is one of my favorite places in the Columbia area! I love trying new pastries and finding what I like.
A note for my fellow gringos: when you enter, look to the right and grab a clean tray and some tongs. Then grab whatever looks good from the cabinets and remember that it's CASH ONLY. Most pastries are $1 or $1.50 each. The torta bread (usually on bread racks to the left) is particularly good. Try everything!
They are open long hours every day. Be kind to the staff!“

“9/17/24 checked in as soon as trailer was down to desired temperature, they have you put your trailer into a dock and disconnect while loading. They give out free snacks if they have them. And there is no overnight parking. There is a couple of truck stops not too far from here. Everybody was extremely nice. No issues here.“

“First time visiting, was nice to have parking right beside the building and not have to negotiate parking on the street. Cute little bakery cafe in a brick strip mall. Few people having a coffee on the patio area. Everything looked so delicious! House made breads, cookies, cakes, and fresh brewed coffee. Will have to come back for lunch, the sandwiches looked so good. Grabbed a bunch of cookies for some client gifts and some lemon bars for me 😏. The staff was so friendly and helpful with all the different options they had freshly made that day. Will surely visit again!“

“This little bakery is AMAZING!!! For those who remember The Copper Door of years gone by Crust Bakehouse occupies a space on the premises. Walking in the door and seeing the eclectic ambience of the bakery evokes memories of "Here are friends and all is well." You just have to go and see for yourself! We had a variety of breads, scones, brownies, baggettes, croissants, etc. Everything was perfect. The pecan tart was not too sweet like so many pecan tarts or pies. It had whole pecans and a light delicate crust. The whole grain bread was light and airy and sliced perfectly. The miso blondie with walnuts was cooked and then a light coating of chocolate was spread around the edges. Need I say more? We had 3 different scones . . chocolate chip scone, 3 cheese scone and sausage & cheese scone. This was the first time I have ever eaten a scone that was not hard and dry! They were loaded with flavor and made my morning coffee so much better. And yes. . . I had put them in the frig. for the next morning. They microwaved just fine and were flaky and delectable. Can you tell I am a big fan of this bakery? Oh . . let.s don't forget Baker Zack who is the essence here. I could go on but you just have to find your own favorite. Thank you Baker Zack!“

“On 10/4/25 we placed an order for our 11 yr old daughter (30 minis) to take to school for her BETA Club. To make a long story short the employee working that night didn't want to bake the cookies and tried to cancel the online order. Manager got involved after we left the store and promised the cookies to us the same night. Sent a family member to pick the cookies up since we don't live near the store. Thinking the cookies were lovely like they usually are she didn't check them. They looked raggedy and I guess that employee didn't like being forced to do her job. Contacted the manager with a picture of the mess & was directed back to the store. New day, new staff. I was greeted by Josie & Oliver who proved to be amazing young adults. They handled the situation like true professionals. I went in feeling let down and unappreciated as a customer. When I left I was happy and smiling. Thank you to the manager, Josie & Oliver for making right what was once wrong. To the female who tried to steal my joy & break the spirit of an 11 yr. old, customer service is an art form and you do not possess the skills required. Customer service is for those who care and obviously you don't. Hopefully the next time we visit Crumbl you won't be there because you definitely can not help me with anything.“

“I had attempted to eat here a few times but it was when school was in session in the line was out the door. Today was my lucky day. I came by just after the breakfast crush and was able to place my order to go. The staff was efficient and the owner made sure my order was correct. Hand's down, the very best cinnamon roll I've ever had. I'll definitely be back soon. Thank CRD for a great experience and fantastic food.“

“While visiting my friend for Christmas in the Columbia area, she got a desire for gingerbread cookies. After a Google search we decided on Kudzu bakery despite it being a considerable distance away. We called first to verify they had gingerbread cookies on hand and they kindly offered to put some aside for us. We browsed the market when we got there and it is a very lovely store. The staff was also friendly. We bought 8 cookies and it was $22. When we got home we were shocked to find small, cute, but identical, mass produced cookies. They were dry, crunchy, and tasteless. They were not made on site and Kudzu Bakery should be ashamed of selling such a product. $2.50 a cookie! I wouldn't pay $2.50 a box for them in a major grocery market. This was my first and last visit.

ADDENDUM: I did take the owner up on her offer of a refund. They cheerfully complied and I'm very happy about it.“

“We have tried the personal and full size bundt cakes in chocolate, red velvet and marble. All have generous amounts of the amazing cream cheese icing which we absolutely love even though the cakes themselves are super moist and delicious enough to eat without icing. We kept them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and they were as delicious as the first day.“
