Housekeeping didn't change out towels or garbage daily

Front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful when checking us in yesterday afternoon. They were sure to explain everything included in our stay, as well as general information. Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It is apparent this is either a new location or newly renovated, because everything was very nice. We were impressed to hear there was a restaurant and bar off of the lobby area too. The toiletries provided were nice as well. The only negatives were that the doors to the rooms are very heavy and EXTREMELY loud when they close, so we heard lots of doors slamming during the night which woke us up a few times. The bathroom doors in the rooms also do not stay open on their own, they close on their own and slam as well, and the toilet flush is very loud as well, so hearing that at night woke us as well. This could easily be remidied with a kickstand on the bathroom doors to hold it open if desired. The shower was very nice and spacious, with sliding glass doors. The location is very convenient, right off of a main highway in Columbia. Overall besides the noise we liked this stay and location and would be back if we ever were traveling in the area again!

Stayed one night. Room was cleaned. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was great! My only issue was that the door of my shower would not close shut so i had to put a wascloth a the bottom to keep it closed and the drain in the bathoom sink was barely opened which made the water drained very slowly. Brought this attention to the front desk which he apologized. I also asked if it would be possible to just get a couple of bagels at the restaurants since i didn't want a whole breakfast and without hesitation they accommated me. Great customer service! Thank you! Will definitely come back!

Great Hotel. The customer service is top notch. We were always greeted with a smile. Our first time here but it won't be our last. I would skip the meal package. Not that it isn't good because it is. There is a Waffle House close by and I just don't think that you can beat that for the money.

Hilton Garden Inn at Columbia Airport was a great stay. Booked four rooms for a graduation weekend and the team was incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, which made the whole trip that much easier during an already busy weekend.

Rooms were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was exactly what you’d hope for when traveling with a group for a big occasion.

Five stars. Highly recommend if you’re heading to the Columbia area — they know how to take care of their guests.

All of the staff at this location were so polite and helpful with anything. Room was clean and the pantry store was very well stocked.

In the room there was broken tv receptacle outlet on the wall, burn out light bulbs, bathroom door doesn't open fully, bedspread was scratchy.

We had a really good stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Columbia Airport. We booked a king suite and the room size was perfect, especially traveling with my two dogs. They had a great time running back and forth chasing their ball, so having that extra space in the room made a big difference.

Check-in was easy, and Melvin at the front desk that night was just genuinely kind and welcoming. You can tell when someone actually enjoys what they do, and it set the tone right away.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was really comfortable which I always appreciate. Me and my dogs felt right at home. I also liked that the dog station stayed stocked with bags, which seems small but honestly matters when you’re traveling with pets.

Overall just an easy, comfortable stay with no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

P.S. I’ve seen Melvin mentioned in a lot of the reviews and now I get why. Hope he’s getting the raise he deserves.

The staff went above and beyond what they had to do. Dasha and Miek. I asked if they had a razor and shave cream. They could not find them at first but they didn't give up. Thanks ladies y'all came through and thanks for letting me know there are good people out there

I took a weekend getaway to Columbia, SC. I’ve visited other parts of South Carolina before, but this was my first time in this city. I typically stay at Hilton brand hotels, and overall, this location was nice.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming. Additionally, the water pressure from the bathroom sink was extremely low—the water barely came out, which was a bit inconvenient.

On a positive note, I really enjoyed the cook-to-order breakfast, and the service there was attentive and pleasant.

Overall, I would consider staying here again if I return to the area.

It was a good hotel. Plenty of free parking onsite. Staff were good and nice. Restaurant/bar onsite. I would stay here again.

Y’all have a very rude lady at the front desk. Trying to tell people they cannot go up to rooms to Bring them their food like y’all are some kind of secret government building. It was actually ridiculous. I have been to plenty of hotels and never have I been told that I cannot go up to a room. Y’all should probably try to find another front desk receptionist because she Is not gonna get y’all very far with her attitude. Very disappointed. People are paying y’all to stay there and you have the nerve to tell them they can’t have someone come to their room?
