BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!! THIS HOTEL IS INFESTED WITH WATER BUGS BEDBUGS & 🪳 WE CHANGED RMS DUE TO THE WATER BUG! WENT TO THE NEXT ROOM & IT WAS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!!!!!!!!

Great hotel conveniently located off the highway.

I hate saying bad things but its important. No recognition for gold status. Had our son staying with us so the couch pull out needed to be made. When we got there even though we said we had 3 people there were no sheets. We called and asked for them. 40 minutes later we had to call again.
Sheets had blood stains and the blanket had blood stains on it. We called and asked for another set. They never came so we all slept in the one bed. This was the worst hilton we have stayed in. Trying a different hotel when we come back in September.

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn - Columbia Airport, SC on 7/1925. We are Diamond and Hilton Time Share Owners. We have stayed around the world in Hilton properties. From the minute we walked thru the door we received one of the warmest and very professional greetings we have ever received. But the amazing thing is that it didn’t stop there. We went the bar area and received the exact same quality of service. These personnel went above and beyond, Dasha, Joan, Norman and Abduallah. They truly made our stay one of the best and this location in Columbia is our #1 choice from now on. This is what hospitality should feel like.

I cannot rate the customer service any lower. The manager Doristine Albert-Seibles is absolutely terrible. Booked one night and called to extend to a second night, the hotel itself (not a third party) confirmed that we were all set. I even have the invoice charges to prove that we were booked for two nights. So tell me why we were forced to checkout after the first one night (with the most uncalled for attitude) and yelled at when we asked how this is possible when we were literally charged. Very evident that this woman has child like control over her emotions and genuinely cannot handle talking to people. Will be following up with any support number that I can find.

Very well maintained property with friendly and helpful staff. Odd thing was they had no information about credit card or rooms we booked online. Never had that happen before. Rooms nice, but hand soap in the shower!

Pulling up I was kinda concerned as the neighborhood was in question.
When we got to our room looking out to see what our view was, it became apparent that we were not in the best neighborhood.
Nothing in the review mentioned anything about the neighborhood
The hotel has a musty smell.

Called to order dinner and got voicemail.
I went down and two workers just sitting there .
Why no one answer is beyond me .

No laundry

The bathroom door won’t stay open. I had to put hanger in between the door and wall to keep it open to air it out after my shower. The ventilation sucks.

Dinner 2nd night veg melody was only broccoli.
Then the kid had to check to make sure they all all the ingredients to make the dinners. It is a restaurant why would you not have the ingredients?

No real healthy options for food.

Breakfast not worth 10.00 when you get the same as what you would for free at a regular Hilton hotel.

The lady who works breakfast just not a nice person. She has the 10.00 buffet stuff on the brain.
I tried to get an apple and peanut butter and she wanted to charge me 10.90 for it. Said it’s 10.00 for the buffet and I said I just want an apple and peanut butter she said it would be 10.90.
Wow!! This place is a joke.

This place calls it self a Hilton Garden Inn but they don’t live up to their name.

There were 3 to 4 stations I watch that were not working til the day we left.
I don’t recommend this hotel .

Overall it was excellent. Everything was clean and comfy. If you book your hotel without the breakfast, you can still purchase breakfast for $10! The breakfast was OK! Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, bagel Ect…… I also noticed that they had a security guard. Oh, one more thing …I didn’t hear any noise!

Nice hotel, nice room, good location. My gripe is the front desk will not allow food deliveries to be delivered to the rooms. Food deliveries must be left at the front desk. I'm referring to Uber Eats and GrubHub type deliveries. I find their policy irritating.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Airport in West Columbia, SC. The staff went above and beyond—everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit.
We were hauling a boat, and the parking situation couldn’t have been better. Plenty of space and excellent lighting made it easy and secure.
The on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise—amazing food with a great variety to choose from, plus an impressive selection of wine and cocktails. A special shoutout to Dullah, the bartender, who did a phenomenal job managing both the bar and restaurant with professionalism and charm.
The hotel itself is very clean and thoughtfully laid out, with great amenities like a comfortable outdoor seating area and a nice pool.
Highly recommend this location for both leisure and business travelers!

Great and phenomenal

The hotel is very nice and clean,the rooms are spacious with microwave and Mini refrigerator and the location is great to restaurants. But some of the front desk help was not very polite, especially the older couple, one guy with a beard. Except for that everything. was great, I wish they had an indoor pool, that would have been nice

This is a good hotel, really it is, except when your not an eat out every night type person. Yall really should upgrade all rooms to the big fridges, just saying. This tiny box i got is tough, I just don't wanna move rooms. There is a really nice convenient store type spot down by the desk. You can buy sodas, premium water and lots of different type snacks. I have 13 more nights to check this whole place out will add more later if I find anything relevant. Tbc..........

Room was great and Melvin was terrific during our stay, but the location is sketchy. The premium internet was not dependable.
