My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn - Columbia Airport, SC on 7/1925. We are Diamond and Hilton Time Share Owners. We have stayed around the world in Hilton properties. From the minute we walked thru the door we received one of the warmest and very professional greetings we have ever received. But the amazing thing is that it didn’t stop there. We went the bar area and received the exact same quality of service. These personnel went above and beyond, Dasha, Joan, Norman...
Very well maintained property with friendly and helpful staff. Odd thing was they had no information about credit card or rooms we booked online. Never had that happen before. Rooms nice, but hand soap in the shower!
Overall it was excellent. Everything was clean and comfy. If you book your hotel without the breakfast, you can still purchase breakfast for $10! The breakfast was OK! Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, bagel Ect…… I also noticed that they had a security guard. Oh, one more thing …I didn’t hear any noise!
