“Really neat little place, friendly people, delicious treats!“

“Straight up, their cookies are amazing. They always greet me when I come in the store too. They are a little pricey, especially if my whole family wants one, and they usually do. The Blueberry muffin cookie is the best one and you should absolutely get it, if it's available.“

“On 10/4/25 we placed an order for our 11 yr old daughter (30 minis) to take to school for her BETA Club. To make a long story short the employee working that night didn't want to bake the cookies and tried to cancel the online order. Manager got involved after we left the store and promised the cookies to us the same night. Sent a family member to pick the cookies up since we don't live near the store. Thinking the cookies were lovely like they usually are she didn't check them. They looked raggedy and I guess that employee didn't like being forced to do her job. Contacted the manager with a picture of the mess & was directed back to the store. New day, new staff. I was greeted by Josie & Oliver who proved to be amazing young adults. They handled the situation like true professionals. I went in feeling let down and unappreciated as a customer. When I left I was happy and smiling. Thank you to the manager, Josie & Oliver for making right what was once wrong. To the female who tried to steal my joy & break the spirit of an 11 yr. old, customer service is an art form and you do not possess the skills required. Customer service is for those who care and obviously you don't. Hopefully the next time we visit Crumbl you won't be there because you definitely can not help me with anything.“

“The Comedy!!! If you want them pure laughs til you cry THIS IS THE PLACE!!! 🤣🤣🤣“

“I had the peach cobbler and my husband had the banana pudding and it was so delicious! Homemade and honestly the best cobbler and pudding we have had. We are taking home with us their chocolate chip brownie.
The woman waiting on us was so pleasant. You have to try it out! You will be back for more!“

“Great and fun place! Nice employees!“

“Listen remember when mike Jones said back then they didn't want me, now I'm hot they all on me. Please get Ian's Sweet Treats Basket and More, bc she's by far tha best in tha game. Even done to the special request items. Anytime someone asks, it'll be Ian's I send them too.“

“I order consistently.
Pros: tastiness of the cookies. Size. Only had a few that seemed a tad too small.

Cons: sometimes there’s a wait (patience is a virtue), they stopped carrying bags with handles, no sticker without an additional fee? Pretty odd considering I order these for customers who always love receiving Crumbl cookies.“

“Great atmosphere and delicious desserts“

“We went to Baked Bear on Saturday, January 7th. When we got there, the line was out the door (it's delicious so I get it). As we get inside I realize this 1 girl is working alone. Her name was Natasha I believe. She was amazing. She welcomed each person when they came in, had a smile on her face the entire time, and made us all some delicious treats. This girl deserves a raise and a bonus! If I owned a business I would be trying to take her from you 😁. It very unusual to see this kind of work ethic these days, especially from someone so young. I hope the manager/owner reads this message and realizes the gem of an employee you have. Also, your cookies are delish!“

“I tried Brain Freeze Fair Desserts when they came to vendor at Forward City Church this past Sunday. I had heard great things about their products, so I decided to give them a try. I got the banana pudding ice cream, and it was absolutely amazing! The customer service was also fantastic--so kind and gracious. I've found my favorite item and can't wait to order again next time. Thanks Brain Freeze Fair desserts for amazing service. Looking forward to having you come again :)“
