“Upon arrival hostess said we would have a 25 minute wait. To our surprise, we were seated in 10 minutes.
Menu full variety of brunch and lunch items. Portions large and very much fitting to the price of each product on the menu. Leftovers were taken home!
Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient.
We did not feel pushed to finish and leave.

“My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn - Columbia Airport, SC on 7/1925. We are Diamond and Hilton Time Share Owners. We have stayed around the world in Hilton properties. From the minute we walked thru the door we received one of the warmest and very professional greetings we have ever received. But the amazing thing is that it didn’t stop there. We went the bar area and received the exact same quality of service. These personnel went above and beyond, Dasha, Joan, Norman and Abduallah. They truly made our stay one of the best and this location in Columbia is our #1 choice from now on. This is what hospitality should feel like.“

“My first time back in quite a few years. Greeted immediately when I walked in. Since I haven't been here in a while, I was trying to figure out what I wanted to get and Zhane, working at the register, told me about a few different items and seemed genuinely interested. I ended up with the Jalapeño Pepper Jack Double Combo and chili cheese fries. When I went to pick up food from the window the gentleman back there asked me if I wanted onions and I'm glad I did. As I was eating Zhane checked if everything was okay and when I was done he swung back by and grabbed my trash. Everything was absolutely amazing, the people extremely friendly, and the meal ended up being way cheaper and I thought it would be.

“Ilona was an amazing server! We loved her energy and humor.
She walked us through the menu and I changed my order decision based on her explanation of the menu. Ended up getting the eggs benny trifecta and it was delicious. Really liked the pork on the Benedict, really flavorful. Eggs were the perfect done-ness.
They don’t joke when they say things are sweet, so be prepared for that. But I got the savory dish, so it wasn’t and issue for me.“

“This is one of my favorite spots in Columbia! They have an amazing rooftop with great energy. You can get food up there too although the menu is slightly limited and more geared towards small plates-- which makes sense for a rooftop anyway! In the main dining area service is excellent. I could eat the mushroom toast every day- it's that good! As a wine professional I appreciate their thoughtful selections, there's something for everyone. Much love!“

Only thing not great is they are blaring music wayyyy too loud from a blown speaker ? it made it difficult to hear what the girl taking the order was saying. But this is a quick and easy fix, fingers crossed they take care of it soon ??“

There were a bunch of college students ahead of me ordering and the spicy bacon, egg & cheese biscuit seemed to be the most popular order so I decided to try it along with a side of the hashbrown Casserole and a coffee The portion size is ample, for sure. However, after the first bite of the biscuit, I couldn't eat anymore. The ghost pepper cheese ( which I didn't know) that they use was too hot for my taste. But if you like hot and spicy then this may be more to your liking. The biscuit was too thick for the rest of the ingredients, in my opinion. But the egg and bacon were good. The hashbrown casserole was well seasoned and tasty and the coffee was good as well. The service was top notch, the ladies working were very friendly and accommodating. The dining area and tables were clean. I would definitely go back and try some of the other goodies, such as the fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese, as well as one of the specialty coffees.“

Perfect amount of room for 6 families to celebrate together— truly could not have asked for anything better and would recommend for anyone looking to have an event space with food & beverage!! “We went to Baked Bear on Saturday, January 7th. When we got there, the line was out the door (it's delicious so I get it). As we get inside I realize this 1 girl is working alone. Her name was Natasha I believe. She was amazing. She welcomed each person when they came in, had a smile on her face the entire time, and made us all some delicious treats. This girl deserves a raise and a bonus! If I owned a business I would be trying to take her from you 😁. It very unusual to see this kind of work ethic these days, especially from someone so young. I hope the manager/owner reads this message and realizes the gem of an employee you have. Also, your cookies are delish!“

“We’ve tried the tacos de lengua, de tripas, asada, and al pastor and they are so good! We love all the tacos. The consomé is also really tasty and simple. Still need to try other things on the menu, but we’re hooked. They always give you cilantro w onion, some limes, and two delicious but very spicy sauces. We like it too because we can let our toddler run around since there’s music and a tv making noise! It’s perfect. Very kid friendly. Rosie is our favorite cashier, so sweet and attentive.“

“I just want to offer a thank you to the gourmet shop for y'all's help today. My wife and I have eaten here for years and love it. So when it came time for our daughter's baptism this morning when we found out the Gourmet Shop offered a catering menu it became a no brainer for us. The catering options on a per head basis for 12 people were an incredible value. Our guests, many of whom do not live downtown now want to make it a point to visit the restaurant. Thank you again for making it easy for two parents of a 6 month old to throw a great party for our family.“
