“Williamston McDonalds has very poor service at night. If it wasn't for the fact it's the closest place, I like, to grab after 10P, I would never order here. Ive ordered several here several times at different times during the evening and my order is never right. I'm not sure if the people the hire can read, understand or have the sense God gave a Billy goat. I ordered a Bacon QPC medium combo with a Fanta drink and 2 apple pies. When I received it by delivery, I had no drink, no Bacon on my sandwich, and the sandwich wasn't prepared with my preferred selections. I guess the only thing I could say turned out good was the basket of fries they dropped in the bag. I tried calling them today to get the issue rectified and as usual, they don't answer the phone. I do understand they are busy at times but I also know, they will just ignore the phone. During the morning hrs, I get to experience the best customer service and that is what keeps me coming back. Stacy M. is always happy to welcome you and smiling, offering positive energy and setting the vibe anytime you come there. Ms. Sherline is always so pleasant and anytime Audrey is working, I can expect to have my order quickly, made correctly and presentable. Just know, every day isn't like that. All restaurants have their issues but this experience like so many others puts a bad taste in your mouth from time -to-time.“

“Finally got the chance to stop in for a sandwich and coffee. I got the turkey, cheddar & apple sandwich, a side of potato salad, a mocha duck frozen coffee and a lemon poppy seed muffin. I'm saving the muffin for this evening but everything so far was really good. Will definitely be back. Staff was super friendly as well.“

“I always get excellent service here, but today was above and beyond. The barista offered my dog a pup cup and I told her that my dog is allergic due to a new autoimmune disease. The amazing barista then offered a mini cup of ice instead. Thanks for loving my pup! 🩷“

“First of all, let me say the morning crew between the hours of 6 and 1 PM is awesome Monday through Friday. These people are always happy. I have been to this Starbucks literally about seven times. My coffee is always perfect. If I order any type of pastry, it’s delicious and they are always sweet and Kind every time I come I live about seven Starbucks away, but I choose to come all the way to this one first of all because it’s closer to my job, but even if I’m off work, I would rather come to this Starbucks just because of the people that work there they all deserve raises thank you so much to all of the starbee’s ⭐️ staff.“
