“I love the blackhawk lounge i use to frequent often but since my first day stepping in that door to have a beer i have loved it it's that happy great folks good servicebmake you feel right at home kinda bar it may not be my hometown bar but it's the bar that made me fully adopt blackhawk as my fresh new start at life and as a former chef i give it 5 outta 5 everytime this is the bar to relax at my friends“

“We LOVE this bar! This is our first time in and oh my gosh. Service, atmosphere, drinks AMAZING. Best bar in Rapid! Very classy, low key. They have snacks on menu also but we didnt order any. Nice Halloween decor as well :) Whiskey menu is incredibly impressive and they have other liquors as well. 10/10.“

“Great spot for casual food and drinks in downtown Rapid City. Huge list of local and craft beers on draft, even a seasonal N/A kombucha on draft. Lots of great N/A beer options in a can/bottle as well. Decent selection of wine as well.

We had flat bread pizzas and they were great. One of these would certainly feed two people. We each got our own and had leftovers for lunch the next day!

Service was good, chill vibe with TVs to catch a game of that’s your thing. Seating can be tough if you don’t get here early.“

“To say the least, I had one of the best and most memorable experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The breast has been more than accommodating to my needs, but also just in general as a bar, but the bartender Zach kinda gives a homie vibe gives you the feeling that you are at home with your friends, a good place to hang out very well-maintained and well groomed bar where you have an ability to play Some video games and or just the normal camaraderie of a bar to say the least that zach will go out of his way to make sure that you are well taken care of within legal limits and make sure that you get home safely. I went in this town, making sure that another patron Got a physical ride home rather than walking or driving to me that is worth it waiting and gold I think this bar or this establishment deserves a five star rating and she can be kept that way no matter who sees it and I greatly appreciate the camaraderie since I’ve been here“

“I am giving 5 stars because they had 1/2lb cheeseburger and fries for $10. It was very good. Not a fancy place, located on Highway 44. West of Rapid City SD. It was a handmade pattie, not premade round. The little general store also sells groceries. Do not go here if you are high maintenance. It is, definitely a little hole in the wall where people are hard working, kind and serve a mean cheeseburger.“

“This place is amazing! The ground floor is full of modern ticket games, food, drinks, and prizes. The bottom floor is old school games and pinball. This was a highlight of my trip. There was an awesome open mic night, great games and drinks, and a fun time overall. I will definitely go back to rapid city just to hang out here. They had a great open mic night also! “Where to start on this…. I guess at the front door where we met annually nice and sincer Gentleman who gave us our card pass and instructions how to get to Juniper since we have never been there. Met an Awesome young man in the elevator who worked there and gave us an over view of Juniper and what to expect.
Greeted by Jamie and led to our table looking east over the city!!! Great view. Jamie was also our server and helped and made suggestions for our meal!! She was SUPER SWEET and knew her job…. And was soooo much fun as she helped make this a Special Evening for my wife and I.

We started out with an appetizer of Bread with French Baguette bread, Garlic Butter, Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil… one of my favorites!! My wife ordered the the Roasted Beet Salad and I a Caesar Salad. Both Excellent!!!
Our Main entrée was Wild Caught Alaskan Halibut and I had the Steak Special with Scallops. Both Dishes were INCREDIBLE!!! The flavor of her Halibut was outstanding and I would order anytime. But I have to say about my steak…. It was the BEST STESK I’ve had in Rapid City in the 51 years I’ve live here. Cooked to PERFECTION (Med Rare) with the most outstanding sear that added sooo much flavor!!! Only place that compares to this is Mortan’s Steak House in St. Louis.
This was Truley a night for us to remember with the view of Rapid City at night, the EXCELLENT FOOD and SERVICE!!

“I reserve 4 and 5 star ratings for special occasions. This place was exactly what I was looking for, short of space to dance and an atmosphere that encourages conversation. The bartenders had a hell of a night and still managed to be on top of everyone's orders. There was a solid amount of people in there with a steady trickle throughout the night.
