“This was our favorite place in Hill City! Raj was our server and he was wonderful! He went above and beyond taking care of our family. It’s not always easy to serve a table with kids. He took time talking with them and treating them to a surprise treat. We had the duck wontons and oh my goodness they were AMAZING! Bison burger and the stew were wonderful! Definitely will go back when we visit again.“

“Grizzly Primitive Campground delivered exactly what I was looking for, an offgrid, peaceful experience. I stayed at Plot 11, which is conveniently close to the creek. The constant, soothing sound of the water combined with the natural atmosphere made it incredibly relaxing and well worth the stay. Just a heads up it's cash only, so bring exactly $26 for the night. Simple, quiet, and exactly what you'd hope for in a primitive camping spot.“
