Terrible customer service by the guy taking orders. We were looking at the menu because we have bc we been here before and he rudely and annoyed said someone needs to order so the kitchen can work on your food. None of us knew what we had wanted yet but he was so rude we just started ordering.
Needs to work on his customer service. Probably won’t be back because we felt like we were an inconvenience.
** no one was behind us so we weren’t holding up a line.
I’m not saying I came back to Brookings to continue my education strictly because of the Greek Burger and the Polish Dog, but they definitely didn’t hurt. Even if something is done wrong, it gets fixed and it’s always delicious.
Rude customer service. I don’t know how that place is still up and running
