If you go, ask Jenna (I think that was our server, that was the name on the receipt) to make you her amazing mocktail, I think it had blended fruit puree, but it was phenomenal. Otherwise, the birria tacos are fantastic, worth the $5 for the extra taco. The side salad goes really well with the tacos, especially with the Asian dressing. Somehow, we find ourselves forgetting what we thought about Severance Brewing until the next time we walk in. That's crazy to me because it's definitely my top pick for the Sioux Falls stops.

There is plenty of natural light. The music is good. The ambiance clean & fresh without feeling sterile/ generic or uninviting. The staff know their products & the selections are solid.

The cheeky brew based on the 1 star review shows the playful side, despite the pettiness. Perhaps, that's the key to seeing Severance into my memory. Of course, we purchased cooler beers this time... soon to be couch beers or camping beers.“
