Clean & inexpensive, air conditioning in room worked well. A little out of the way from downtown Hot Springs, not close or safe enough to walk to. Was very disappointed to find that the pool is being remodeled (front desk said a pipe broke the day b4, but it actually is under major repairs). I feel the company’s website was deceptive in not disclosing the pool being non-operational! We walked in and had a table right away. The staff was attentive and very friendly! The food was tasty and cooked just right. My only small sadness was that there wasn't omelets on the menu although it seems like they might have been willing to do if I had asked. Not a huge menu but very well worth the stop with how well they cooked it and the people working!
