Taco John's has a new General Manager with over 12 years of experience, bringing positive changes to the restaurant. The staff has been described as friendly and accommodating, even when busy. A recent customer noted that one employee went out of his way to fix an issue so they could enjoy their coffee and later checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory. The drive-thru experience has also been praised, highlighting the great customer service. However, there have been inconsistencies in food quality and service, with reports of missing items from orders and varying portion sizes. At times, the meals have been described as skimpy, making it feel like eating just a shell with a little filling. Despite these issues, the staff remains pleasant, contributing to a good experience. Taco John's continues to strive for improvement, aiming to provide a better dining experience for its customers.
