“I got to experience Koffie Knechtion the other day and loved the atmosphere! My friends and I had a great time catching up over delicious coffee and foods that will make your pallette want more. I even decided to bring my mother out the next morning so she could enjoy the same experience I had. We got to sit and chat with the owners who were very personable and friendly! How cool to have them explain the making and building behind the scenes. You can tell they care about the work they do! What an accomplishment! The Greek quiche, avocado toast, and pastries were delicious! Highly recommend and glad I was able to make some memories with my friends and mom.“

“I placed a large order for work on Monday and picked it up today. The sandwiches were done on time and a nice gentleman carried the box out to my car. It was my 1st time trying their food and my tuna sandwich was delicious! Next time, please add a napkin to my lunch sack. I can be messy!“

The cafe was clean, with not a single dirty cup in sight. This Starbucks feels special, and I can't quite put my finger on why - it's as though the little lady in red glasses with an infectious smile, intuitively understands what each customer truly needs: meaningful human interaction.“

“Edited to add names- I found out that the people working tonight were MADDIE and LANDEN. ❤️ I stopped at Scooter’s Downtown location this evening around 5:30. I ordered my coffee with 2 extra shots and a muffin. I was on my way back to the hospital to be with my mother. I have slept for about 3-4 hours in the last 30 hours and forgot my wallet at home. I apologized to the young lady at the window and said I didn’t have money and had to go. She offered to give me the muffin anyway because it was already warmed up and in the bag. I thanked her over and over and said how sweet that was. Being so tired and maybe a little emotional from lack of sleep and told her about my mom being in the hospital and not sleeping for so long. The 2 people working went above and beyond and gave me the coffee for free and even offered to give me some redbull to help me stay awake. I so wish I would have gotten their names because I want to give them a huge shoutout! They made my rotten few days a little brighter. Such awesome service, above and beyond.“
