My boyfriend and I stopped by the roasting shop and were immediately welcomed by Nick, one of the owners! He stopped what he was doing (as this isn’t a retail store…whoops!) and showed us the roasting process, as well as made us bags of coffee to take home. We can’t wait to try it once we get back to Green Bay, but just based off of Nick’s welcoming personality, we would absolutely recommend Black Hills Coffee Company!

Didn't have a good experience. The cashier was training, and her trainer was getting frustrated with her. My coffee tasted bad. Thought it would be made fresh, but everything came from concentrate boxes. Up charges for the ingredients that are part of the drink, that makes no sense. I love coffee and trying new places when I travel. Didn't like this coffee establishment at all.

The gentleman running the show were in and showed me the process of making the coffee, they were very kind and professional, and although this is not a ussual standard coffee shop yet i bet it will be a very nice one eventually as its still a roastery, got a lovely cup of cofee though.

Black Hills Coffee products are tremendous. The variety of roasts including the flavored blends all have distinct tastes and smooth finishes. A couple cups to start the day will get you into the SD Buffalo mindset and ready to take on any storm that comes your way!

Absolutely amazing!! From the coffee beans to the merch, I am obsessed. The logo has such an appealing vibe and my husband is obsessed with the tshirt material! I don't post reviews often, but when I do it's because I had an incredibly poor or incredibly amazing experience. This experience was INCREDIBLY AMAZING! The espresso bean is strong, and I got some pics of my husband and I in our tshirts! We will definitely be long time supporters of Black Hills coffee bean and their incredible coffee 😊 Absolutely surreal flavor intensity. Makes Starbucks taste like water!

GREAT COFFEE! I lived in Whitewood SD for about a yr and a half in the early 2000s and happened to buy my first bag of your coffee in the little General Store in Whitewood. After moving back to Ohio..I missed my early morning pot of BHC! Luckily..I ran across your Facebook page..quickly jumped onto your website and I now subscribe/receive a nice little package from you monthly. I never want to be without BHC again! My order shipped quickly and was free shipping. Ordered three different roasts. Crème Brûlée is perfection. Not overpowering and has a smooth taste. Bags are convenient with a resealable ziplock. Will be reordering for sure.
