I ordered for delivery on their app it was the first time that the delivery driver was able to follow the directions without having to call me. And it was delivered at the time they said it was on my doorstep every time I use Uber Eats or doordash they always call me and have no idea what to do good job Five Guys
Rapid City had series of power outages today and some still had some out tonight. I wanted to give the entire staff on the night of Nov 13th. The place was slammed, people were going out to eat because there was no electricity at their homes. The team was working hard and as fast as they could. With the online orders and the line of people getting their orders, it was literally like nothing Ive seen. Yes… it took quite some time to get my burger and I was not upset one bit....
It's fast food, but the burgers are generous and super tasty, the fries are made with local potatoes, all piled in the dining room, and the service is fast and accurate and the decor is perfect for burgers. Five Guys really does the fries right.
