“Hibachi travels surprisingly well when the kitchen gets the important things right.
Ordered the hibachi to go, and it was ready quickly without feeling rushed in execution. The steak and chicken came in generous pieces with a nice sear, plenty of moisture, and enough sauce to keep everything flavorful without drowning the meat.
The fried rice was a substantial portion, and the mixed vegetables added a good balance with broccoli, onions, zucchini, and carrots. Nothing about this felt like a skimpy takeout plate.
We also tried a sushi roll, which arrived neatly packed and generously sauced. Between the hibachi, rice, vegetables, and sushi, this was a seriously satisfying takeout spread.
Fast pickup, strong portions, and food that held up well even outside the dining room. The takeout Force was well balanced here.
Definitely a spot I'd order from again when the hibachi craving strikes.“
