“Best sushi in Rapid, hands down. Worth every penny and the pricing is pretty great. Such an extensive selection of dishes to choose from, I get the salmon bento every time and the amount of salmon is always perfect. I always get extra rice because even the rice here is exquisite and addictive. Most other places in town let me down with quality after a while, but Fuji has always excelled on every level- from the warm service, to the welcoming and homey atmosphere, to the amazing food that never disappoints. I love this place so very much and I’ll come back every time I have extra $ to throw around!!! Always try something new when you go, so wonderful to experience a taste of Japan!!!“
“I like the teriyaki chicken and the half rice and half noodles side dish. My one complaint would be they should have a veggie side dish like tofu and green beans. The one complete vegetable side dish that I see is mushrooms and it just doesn't appeal to some of us but other then that I am happy with the food. The people are nice. I have seen a lot of people getting the bubble tea lately so maybe I'll try that sometime.“
“While visiting my son, his wife and our grandchildren, we ate at Fuji (NOT Mt. Fuji), and had a delicious hibachi dinner. Hibachi chicken, noodles and miso soup were wonderful and our chef did a great job entertaining us. A great evening experience!“
“Ichiban means "number one" and it is the best in Rapid as far as I am concerned. My child and I ate here and he loved the "fish", especially the salmon.Kid-friendliness: My kid loves sashimi. He tried it and said the "fish" was great“
“This was our first time ordering from Hana. We placed a to-go order and got a little of everything to try out. The staff were super friendly and the food was hot and fresh and DELICIOUS. The portions were big as well. Such an incredible meal! We will definitely be back.“
“Fantastic little place! Not a lot of seating, so you need to make sure to get there before the rush hour at 5:30-6ish, esp if you have a group bigger than four.I’m in love with the crab rangoons and the rice bowls. The Teriyaki Chicken is my favorite and is large enough to give me two meals (reheats great!).Dietary restrictions: Really your only option here if you are a celiac is the raw fish. They had spring rolls at one point but have since been taken off the menu.“
