For a Mexican restaurant in South Dakota it was actually really good and surprisingly actually had spice like a regular Mexican restaurant should. Now I know South Dakota is not known for anything called texture or spice but it was good. Now the margaritas or something to be greatly desired I actually don't think there was any alcohol in them whatsoever. Luckily they were only $4 now I don't know if that was a happy hour price or what but they were good for $4 but not...
Can't imagine why the rating is so low. All of our food was above average tex-mex. While I might expect to lower expectations in a hotel-adjoined Mexican restaurant in SD, this was very good and better than anything I can find in Colorado. My wife's margarita can only be described as gigantic and the prices were also good for the quality.

We've been here twice in a week. We had breakfast this weekend and then lunch today. There food is delicious and better than a couple of the newer Mexican food restaurants that recently opened in Rapid. There salsas are amazing, too. Service was fast and excellent and the restaurant and bathrooms were very clean We'll be coming back.
