“This location is pretty hit or miss. I typically order through the app, wait about 20 mins past the “expected” time that the app gives, push the button, they say they are only doing drive thru right now, pull up to the drive thru and tell them the stall number & it’s not really a big deal HOWEVER I wish they would just turn the app off when they can’t properly fulfill those orders as I have seen the app say they’re currently not accepting mobile orders at this time before. Not a big deal just inconvenient & I only ever order this way when I’m not in a hurry. Our last visit I decided to just order there in a stall, overall pretty smooth until the food came out. It was definitely someone else’s order. But the manager came out and fixed the situation very quickly and in a friendly manner, she was great! So im sure I will return to this location as I was very pleased with the managers response to an issue!“
“Overall pretty good. My only complaint was the employee not knowing how to / if we could get the red, white, & blue slush with our combo meal but maybe it’s not even an option so not a big deal especially since they’re only $2.50 this summer!!! And they’re worth it!!! I always get one every time they have them for the summer and they’re always great, highly recommend. The “groovy fries” have also improved. When they first switched a couple years ago they always seemed overcooked & lacked any potato inside & flavor wasn’t great but they must have changed them as they had a great flavor and they were just the right amount of crispy on the outside and potato-y on the inside. Plus I find sonic burgers to be in my top 3 favorite fast food burgers in the area.“
