Subway in Rapid City

“A series of mediocre experiences had put me off of Subway for a while, but I must rave on the curly-haired young man working at this store this afternoon who made me one of the best footlongs I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Usually I save half for another day, but it was so good I had to eat it all up. Sorry I don't have a name for the gentleman, but I do have sincere thanks and am encouraged to visit this store again very soon.“

“I stopped in today and witnessed something that really stuck with me. An employee walked out during the middle of the shift, and despite being understandably overwhelmed, the lady who was left on her own kept doing everything she could to take care of every customer. She was in tears, yet she continued working hard and treating people with kindness.
What was even more disappointing was seeing some customers be rude to her instead of showing a little patience and understanding. We never really know what someone is going through, and a little compassion can go a long way.
I've been frequenting this Subway alot lately on my lunch breaks, and the manager ( I believe his name is Anthony) and his wife have always been hardworking, friendly, and dedicated. They consistently provide great service, keep the restaurant clean, and genuinely care about their customers. They deserve recognition for everything they do, especially on difficult days like today.
Thank you both for all of your hard work. You have a loyal customer in me, and I hope others will remember to show the same kindness and respect that you show them every day.“

“What awesome service, I forgot my wallet so i called the store. She called back and took my order over the phone.I was able to pick up my order just before closing.. She was kind .. sorry for coming in a little late before closing but you treated us amazingly.“

“Absolutely amazingly kind staff, came in late and still received amazing service, really good food as well, I didn't catch their names but I wish I could mention the girl, she was so sweet and kind and made my sandwich. A bit dingy atmosphere, but overall great experience“

“We had a large group order for 60+ sandwiches with another Subway. Called to confirm 2 days in advance and they advised that they would now be closed that day…sorry.

Called Stephanie, manager at this Subway. They don’t open until 9 or 10 and we had to be on the road at 7:15. “No problem”. She came in maybe 4 hours before her shift just for us. Made all our sandwiches and salads. Labeled each with every individuals name. Gave us the napkins, condiment packets, and other items I forgot to request. She is an all out ROCK STAR.

Hard to find great customer service anymore but Stephanie has it in spades! Thank you, Stephanie and Subway. You made our day!!!“

“Subway had soft bread and made a great sandwich in no time! The sandwich was to cold and they offered to heat up for me! Must've changed employees, because these were very nice unlike what I have seen in other reviews. The atmosphere was pretty good besides the loudness of the Walmart.“
