If I could give 0 I would. Stopped by this location at about 4:30 pm 1/6 (Friday) and got a chicken slider and small shake. I went to work and was doing fine but was feeling stomach cramps as I left work. I got home and immediately started vomiting and experiencing extreme stomach cramps. I have been vomiting and "using the bathroom" since 8p.m. I am in extreme pain and wanted to warn others. Worse food poisoning I've ever had.
Went through drive through and made the mistake of not checking my bag....got home and they had forgotten my daughters fries...I called and liz wanted to know if I wanted to come back, really that's your response? No I don't, I want to eat my supper before it's cold....no offer of a refund or coupon... I just spent $30 at your store and that's the response I get, and from the sounds of it and the reviews I've read this location is notorious for forgetting something or not giving...read full review
I went through the drive thru and didn't notice until I got home that I was given the wrong sandwich. Called in and was told to come back for the right sandwich or a refund. They wouldn't do it over the phone. The cost of my gas and time was a loss. So disappointed with how this was handled. I ended up getting a refund and getting food elsewhere. I received great service and food at the other restaurant. I will go there first next time.
