My family and I went to eat here today and the manager was very loudly berating an employee who was sitting in the dining area for being late/missing a shift. The manager was standing behind the counter and very loudly reprimanding the employee who was sitting in the dining area in front of customers. they have forgotten food many times. They never fill the fries all the way. today my Whopper Jr had the hard end piece of the lettuce head on it and it was brown, and along with that a hard tomato. I will be switching stores.
Forgot a part of my meal a few weeks ago...gave a free meal this time, not only a free value meal but the kids’ food too!
