I have never been to a red robin before (always thought it was am ice cream shop lol). I see alot of negative reviews but all are over 6 months old or more. my experience was phenomenal. service was fast, waitress was very nice and helpful. manager came and talked to me, welcomed me to the restaurant and made sure everything was to standards that I expected. all in all I will gladly go back there to eat again. I ordered the haystack burger with onion rings and both were delicious.
I have nothing but great experiences here! My latest visit I sat at the bar and was helped by Faith. I am gluten free and wanted to get one of the dinner specials they were offering. She went above and beyond to help me figure out what I could have to eat. I even said I will just order my normal, but Faith said I want to accommodate you! She was so sweet!
