My husband ordered 2 crafted presses, this is what we got. Having worked at caribou myself for 6 years, I would never have let a drink go out like this. The amount of foam was far too much and they should have compensated by more adding more liquid beverage or at the least more ice. Not only is this a rip off for your paying guests but it is poor training and lack of care from the staff. Do better!
