Very nice environment to hang out, have a nice cup of coffee, and eat well made pastries. The staff is very nice and knew their stuff about the products. We will always make this a place to visit whenever we’re in town!

10/10 for atmosphere! This place is absolutely adorable and has gorgeous natural lighting. The staff were kind and there were several pastry options available.
I didn’t give it 5 stars because the prices were far too high for a Sioux Falls coffee shop in my opinion. I paid $6 for a small iced tea which was not that yummy.
Also, I would recommend that CH Patisserie purchase some cute glassware to match their adorable vibe instead of using cheap disposable cups.

Let’s update our hours online instead of putting on the door so we don’t waste our time going downtown, paying for parking, and finding out you’re closed. Also, your croissants should not be crunchy when heated up, they should be warm and soft. When you toast them as much as you are, they flake apart.

I love the deserts here and have gone here many times, but I was a little disturbed today when I noticed a bug crawling all over a cookie in the glass during my visit. I politely told the women behind the counter in hopes she would take care of it. Instead she just disregard what I told her and walked away to help another customer. I left with a feeling of disgust that the staff didn't care what they were serving people. Even questioned the quality of what I just purchased.
