My kid ordered a slim 4 add cheese and was told no. They were saving the cheese for the new sandwich???
Also my wife ordered the same thing just add lettuce and was told the same thing. Sounds like customer service is at the bottom of your priority list. Usually eat here at least once a week but I guess subway it is from now on.

I ordered the country club at lunch today and didn't get any bacon on my sandwich. I was too busy to call back, but it's national bacon day and you dropped the ball jimmy johns. lunch was still delicious, just baconless :(
