McDonald's in Sioux Falls

“This is where the homeless hangout after they let them out of the Bishop Dudley House. They have forced this branch to close the lobby until 9am. When I asked the frightened manager why they don't hire security, she said the higher ups wouldn't allow it. A disgrace and smh still 2 weeks later.“

“We ordered lunch today through the app. That was easy peasy. Told the location that we were on our way. Got to our spot to check in and the app glitched out and I wasn’t able to notify I was in spot 2. I called into the store, of course it was busy right at noon, peak lunch rush. THE ABSOLUTE KINDEST HUMAN HELPED ME WITH MY ISSUE! She was so incredibly kind and helpful. We got our food in a hurry, she kept it warm for us. I do not have her name today (Sunday March 23rd around noon ish) she was wearing a pink colored vest. I hope this reaches you and I hope you know how appreciated you are in the work force!! Thank you.“

The burgers? Oh, I couldn’t resist. Perfectly wrapped and ready for my sticky fingers—uh, I mean, totally worth every robble! But let me tell ya, I tried to make a clean getaway, and wouldn’t you know it, I got caught up in the McFlurry machine again. It’s like they know my weakness. “This McDonald's on Louise and 229 in Sioux Falls is by far the BEST McDonalds I have ever been to! The staff are kind and respectful. The General Manager is a very nice, professional woman! This location is always speedy, efficient, and amazing! The orders are ALWAYS correct and they have very fast service. The staff are genuinely respectful and professional. The food is great at this location! Will definitely ve going out of my way to go to this location due to the amazing service! BEST LOCATION EVER!“

“Loud Asian woman appeared to be a manager. However every time she took food out to waiting cars she would smoke a vaping device. She and the others do not acknowledge customers waiting at the register to pay or order items as they walk past you ,see you but don't speak to you unless you wave one over. Could be a lot better if you made changes to the attention to customers and the loud Asian woman smoking.“

“The screens to order are very efficient and really are an introvert's dream. Customer service is alright, nothing special but nothing bad. It still is awkward going to get McDonald's cause it's regarded as a low end place. However the food is honestly amazing for what it is. Would I recommend this place in particular? No. It's nothing special but it's what a McDonald's should be.“

“I go here almost every week since they opened. Sometimes if there are a lot of people it can take longer, but nowadays they're on top of things and I get my food fast. I have also never received an incorrect order. Things were slower when they first opened, but they've done great in the last few months. At least in my experience.“
