“My kids are in the in between stage. A happy meal does not always fill them. The staff volunteered the $5 special (cheaper than a happy meal), a burger, 4 nuggets, small fries, and a drink! The whole family loved it. She really could not have been kinder to us!“
“When I got here around 8:20pm on 12/15/25 I was placing my order but the guy over the speaker gave me attitude when I was wanting large fries and cut off my order when I was wanting more the order was due to it being made by the other more better staff, no customer need to brought such rudeness when picking their order this is unacceptable, the guy was wearing a black coat, a mask, 6ft, and he's black from I can tell with the mask“

Food: The food was a little greasy, but not overly so — the beefy flavors stood out nicely, and nothing felt too salty, which is a common complaint at other locations.
Service: Out of many cross-country stops, this McDonald’s was exceptional. Arriving late on a Sunday night after 8 hours on the road, the staff were attentive and efficient.
Atmosphere / Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean — far above what I often see in fast food at that hour.“

“Loud Asian woman appeared to be a manager. However every time she took food out to waiting cars she would smoke a vaping device. She and the others do not acknowledge customers waiting at the register to pay or order items as they walk past you ,see you but don't speak to you unless you wave one over. Could be a lot better if you made changes to the attention to customers and the loud Asian woman smoking.“
“Not sure why so many bad reviews of slow service. I have never waited more then 3 minutes for a meal here. Ive had more issues at other locations. I'm also not a big back so that might be why some of you are waiting a long time for the food.“
“We ordered lunch today through the app. That was easy peasy. Told the location that we were on our way. Got to our spot to check in and the app glitched out and I wasn’t able to notify I was in spot 2. I called into the store, of course it was busy right at noon, peak lunch rush. THE ABSOLUTE KINDEST HUMAN HELPED ME WITH MY ISSUE! She was so incredibly kind and helpful. We got our food in a hurry, she kept it warm for us. I do not have her name today (Sunday March 23rd around noon ish) she was wearing a pink colored vest. I hope this reaches you and I hope you know how appreciated you are in the work force!!
