I grew up in South Dakota and was back for a visit in July. My sister and l ate lunch at Roots of Brasil, and it instantly became one of my favorite restaurants! I had the risotto and she had the grits-both were absolutely delicious. The menu is full of unique and tempting options, and the portions are generous— definitely enough for two meals. We went at an off time and were seated right away. The atmosphere and decor are beautiful, and the waitstaff was friendly and very knowledgeable...

It was my first time trying Brazilian food and it was FANTASTIC. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was very inviting, and the service was absolutely wonderful. Sadly, I'm only visiting Sioux Falls but when I visit again, I'm definitely coming back here. I want to try everything.

I am blown away. My table ordered the Caribbean Jerked Chicken, Pork Belly Tacos, and the Coconut Cristy Pork Risotto. All three of our dishes were outstanding. The chicken was moist and full of flavor. And risotto was so cheesy and packed with mushrooms and flavor. Anyone who wrote a 1 star review is confused.
