Waited today for 30 minutes after placing our order. Drive through cars all went through and others arriving after us received their order before us. I had to go in to see why it was taking so long. Food was burnt and cold, shakes weren’t mixed thoroughly. First and last time going here.
I was disappointed with the service yesterday 3/22/24 we pressed button and when the guy came on he was distracted by having to multitask. Finally place our order. The put our food under a different parking spot from where we were sitting and ordered it. Never gave us any of the sauces we asked for. They were even in the receipt. Extremely short straws were given for our shakes and no spoons were given. So our shakes had to melt before we could try to drink them. This is the second...read full review
