Dude at the drive thru window had the best customer service I ever seen out of someone in fast food. I don’t give reviews but customer service like that was a breath fresh air.

This is hands down the best Taco Bell I've been to. They consistently give me the correct food including modifications, all of the items are in the bag, and the items are made well. It's still a fast food place, but it's perfect at least nine times in ten.

I think it's so sweet that during a slow time where there is literally one car in the drive thru and maybe one customer in the store around 9pm, your entire crew can't seem to figure out my mobile order has been made and is ready to go. I come here at around 9pm on a weekday. I strategically placed a mobile order to pickup thru drive thru. I was just a lil late. I try to check in after the only car in drive thru pills up. Big bro at window acts like he dont know anything about a mobile order under Al. Says I need to calm down because it's his drive thru. And I guess I'm his buddy as he called me. It took me about 2 minutes to check in at the drive thru when should have been 1/10 if that. Ion know what kinda show you running in your drive thru big dog but you ain't doing a good job holding me up at the speaker. Gimme my big sack of food so I can get on. But no you think it's funny to act like you ain't just see your crew make a big ahh to go order. This place needs to quit playing with people fr ain't nobody laughing. Go do comedy if you wanna make people laugh. 🤡🫵🏼

Food was good! Ordered on the app and went through the drive through to pick it up. Was missing some of the ordered sauces in1 box and silverware to eat the cheese potatoes so had to park and run inside store to get them.

2019-Just waited a half an hour for 2 tacos. Three cars in front of me the whole time. Not expecting customers at dinner time? Full staff looked very very relaxed..

Awful service, took too damn long to get my tacos. When I got my tacos they missed of my 3 tacos! Told me I couldn’t get a refund.

The taco bell on Minnesota ave used to be a great place to eat. My daughter found hair in her food a couple days ago and I never called or complained. And I wasn't even looking for a refund. But when I went there to order some more food a couple days later. I was asked if she wanted us to put our food in a bag considering we had boxes. and I told her, no, we need to check our food because a couple days ago, there was hair in it.She looked at me , looked at the food and walked away. No apology. No, nothing that's all I was actually just looking for.

Inexperienced help?? We ordered grilled enchilada, Supreme lux Box and cheesy potatoes, Only thing edible was the potatoes. Meal was so doughy it was inedible, we scaped the filling to eat on all products. Chips so salty we had to toss them too. One of the worst meals we have had.
