The staff at this location were friendly and professional. Hot and fresh food and a clean restaurant to boot. A group of young people like it so much they stopped during prom night. For $7, one can get essentially a two-person meal, making it a perfect "fast food" spot that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. It's also nice to see it empty in the evening with some people hanging out in the corner, giving the "small town" feel.

However, some customers have had issues with their orders being incorrect. One customer asked for no tomato on their Potatoes Oles, but it came with tomato. They also ordered a diet Mountain Dew but received the regular version. Another customer's order was completely wrong, receiving a cheese and chicken quesadilla instead of a meat potato burrito.
