Absolutely vacuumed up my food besides the ranch… it had a green jello like substance around the rim kind of looked like snot. Dairy Queen grill and chill more like Dairy Queen grill and green!
The chill part is usually great but the grill part could be better. Start with cooking fresh burgers per order.
Food is always good. Service is always efficient too. Not always the friendliest. Not as clean as it used to be.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers excellent customer service, with staff members going above and beyond to ensure customers' meals are prepared to their liking. The food is fresh and hot, including double cheeseburgers that are comparable to other popular fast-food chains. The workers are always pleasant and courteous, and the food is ready quickly, especially for those who order ahead through the app.
Despite discontinuing the s'more shake, the staff use their expertise to concoct them from scratch. While the floor near the fountain may be sticky and flies can be a nuisance, the overall experience is pleasant. The vegetarian options, such as the great salad, could be expanded to include more protein varieties like grilled chicken. The restaurant could also consider offering more diabetes-friendly options and improving wheelchair accessibility.
The staff, although sometimes short-handed, are extremely good at their job. Customers may have to wait a while for their food, but the manager and other staff members, such as the cooks and cashier, provide excellent service and treat customers like friends.
