“Today was the worst, my order was wrong and one of the chicken pieces had 1 inch long cooked feathers on it and my coleslaw was placed in the box with the hot chicken:( warm coleslaw awesome, from this day on I'll never go back, farewell Yankton KFC.“

Burger King has an employee standing behind the counter to take orders. Garbage was emptied and not running over when throwing away drink cups. Tables cleaned off. DRINK Area was sticky & messy but machines worked. Lots of parking.“

“I went through drive thru late at night and the food was hot and fresh I am not a fan of Taco Bell as I've tried many locations all have been a poor experience but this one is definitely different it was vary good food and I will likely be returning.“

“I was just at the Yankton store where Brianna was very pleasant. It was nearing closing time on a Monday! The food was hot and I received it quickly. She asked if I needed a receipt which I declined. I rarely take the time for surveys but I was impressed. I feel bad because I didn't have take receipt so I didn't have the survey info. Thank you for the positive experience.“

“To tell the truth I never ate at a Culver's before but I have a very close friend who loves ❤️ it and it is her favorite restaurant so I then recommend Culver's in Yankton to anyone who is traveling through the great small city of Yankton S.D. “I would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the Jimmy Johns team that was working tonight (7/10/20), I forget to change the address on the delivery and our food ended up at another address, I called the store when I finally realized what I had done, the gal on the phone was so nice and polite, she assured me they would check into it. Shortly after hanging up with her another gal called me back and stated our order had been delivered to another address and the driver was going to go back to see if he could get it. If not she was going to credit my account and I could reorder if I chose to. The driver called me about 5 minutes later and said since I requested “leave at door”, our order was still there and he would bring it to us shortly. Their actions restore my faith in humanity and in our younger generation, there are still kind youngsters out there. “Tonight we came in a rush, and even though the line was moving, our wait was much shorter compared to past visits. The guys behind the counter, Eli and Bobbi, were amazing! As things started to get stressful, Bobbi really stood out—working circles around the others and keeping everything moving smoothly. Thanks to their teamwork, food was getting off the counter quickly and customers were taken care of. Excellent service tonight!“
