As things started to get stressful, Bobbi really stood out—working circles around the others and keeping everything moving smoothly. Thanks to their teamwork, food was getting off the counter quickly and customers were taken care of. Excellent service tonight!“

“I would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the Jimmy Johns team that was working tonight (7/10/20), I forget to change the address on the delivery and our food ended up at another address, I called the store when I finally realized what I had done, the gal on the phone was so nice and polite, she assured me they would check into it. Shortly after hanging up with her another gal called me back and stated our order had been delivered to another address and the driver was going to go back to see if he could get it. If not she was going to credit my account and I could reorder if I chose to. The driver called me about 5 minutes later and said since I requested “leave at door”, our order was still there and he would bring it to us shortly. Their actions restore my faith in humanity and in our younger generation, there are still kind youngsters out there.
