“Thanks to Tim's for being at St. Paul's. We were at the hospital for 18 hours until my Mother passed. The cafe is not open on weekends so we would have had to leave the hospital to eat. Tim's allowed us to be with her until the end.Please remember this is fast food, not a 5 star restaurant.Thanks again for being there, it was greatly appreciated.“

“One of the best tim hortons I have ever been to. The people working there are super nice. They always greet you with a smile. The guy who works in the evening whose name is Gursharan has even memorized my order. Overall it is a really great tim hortons location.“

“I have been to Tim Hortons stores all across the country and I have never had a positive experience that I always have at the Saskatoon Broadway location. I can understand why this store has received numerous awards from the company's evaluators. The store has recently gained a new manager, Ivonne, who is outstanding not only in maintaining the excellent reputation of the store but in taking a real interest in the customers. At each (daily) visit, she patiently listens to, and smiles at, my broken Spanish as I order my coffee. She is very friendly, cheerful and focused, and her naturally confident and warm manner endears her to her staff and customers; I can see that clearly. I also want to give a shout-out to the young staff who are remarkably dedicated, so much fun, and who always greet me with a wonderful smile and kindness. I want to identify them as I know them by name: Mansi, Jashan, Neha, Pawan, Komal, Aman and Amal. They make my day...every day! Thanks to these young people, and who always work hard and who contribute in an important way to the great reputation of Broadway Tim Hortons.“

“Will be returning and supporting this location more. Have used this location numerous times over the years but now they desire the effort of a review!

Daughter wanted a strawberry smoothie so we used the drive-thru. Between ordering and getting to the window, she realized they weren't simply $2 anymore (just under $5) and she changed her mind.
The staff member was extremely understanding (despite drink having already been made) and went out of her way to make my daughter not feel bad about ordering and changing mind.

“Absolutely incredible service, i work in construction and me and my whole crew ran out of water. They without hesitation filled my water jug for free and helped me carry out all the drinks I bought for me and my crew! Amazing, best I’ve seen!“

“Food was good, sometimes airports are cheap on their foods compared with the normal chain equivalent but this place was not like that. Coffee was good, sometimes Tim's has too much chicory in their coffee which tastes salty, this place didn't have that issue.“

“They have issues understanding what is being ordered through the drive thru. Usually don't sound very friendly. Sometimes, come to the speaker and just say hello. At the window, they are usually polite and friendly. Sometimes they mark the wrong coffee.“

“Yeah this place is very good staff behave polite, kind and respectful too and good service. And always fresh means yeah they mean it sell fresh foods to customers.

“This has been one of my regular tim Hortons for a while and they have always had excellent service. I have only had maybe 2 orders that were missed or slightly incorrect(over the last 6 years). If you need a place to stop especially in the morning during the week.

Parking: Parking during peak times is somewhat difficult, but overall not horrible.

“I was very surprised at how amazing the customer service was (you never know with Tim Hortons…). From speaking to someone on the intercom to the window picking up my food - super duper friendly staff!

The food (farmer’s breakfast wrap) and the coffee was very good as well. It’s usually a hit or miss but I’m glad it was a hit on all aspects from this experience.“

“I love going here! im a regular at this tim hortons? But there is this certain worker that works during the morning, she has LONG hair in a ponytail and is short. The lines in the morning are really long and whenever im there i see the same worker with the long ponytail, she takes so long to prepare my order and others! She always takes her time. “Come here before my 8am class (PHSI208, anyone?) for a drink. Service is pretty good and the ladies who work there are very friendly! It gets busy and the lines get long once the day rolls on, but kind of expected in a university and by a hospital.Overall, it is a great place for a tea, but dont expect to sit inside as they removed the seating.“

“I had lunch with my wife and kids. There were only a few ahead of us in line. The queue is handled efficiently there and a table for 4 came quickly. The automated ordering procedure is efficient, and there is an easy to use menu for GF options. We always ask for the dinner menu (a little more expensive) because it allows you to order sashimi and several items that are not available otherwise. It's one of the best, if not the best, AYCE sushi restaurants I've eaten at.“

“If you haven't tried the rice bowls at Tim Hortons, you should put them on your bucket list if you're into this kind of food. I have tried the Harbonara Chicken Rice Bowls with grilled chicken and chicken tenders and both were delicious. The veggies were fresh, the rice was nicely seasoned and you get a good portion of protein. These bowls are my go to for a delicious filling meal at a great price. ?“

I recently visited the Tim Hortons at Market Mall, and it was an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was taken promptly and accurately. The coffee was freshly brewed, and my bagel was perfectly toasted and topped. The location is clean and well-maintained, offering a welcoming atmosphere for a quick break or a sit-down with friends. Despite it being a busy time, the service was fast, and the staff maintained a positive attitude throughout. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in the area!“

“I had the opportunity to explore this Tim Hortons location when I was in the area after an appointment. This location was set up nicely if there was a lineup at a busy time. It also felt large and like one of the bigger ones I’ve been in. There were also lots of tables to sit at as well as a small area at the back with a fireplace that looked like it wasn’t working. It was not too busy at the time we were here thankfully because I hate trying to read the menu boards up high and are flipping every couple of seconds. That is hard for most people to read but even harder for people with disabilities and especially visual issues.“

“This location was exceptionally hip with their Krazy Kidz Bop tunes! Just when I thought I was about to hear something other than Kidz Bop, another Kidz Bop song would serenade my ears. The soup and chili was greatly complimented by the Kidz Bop song, "Oh! The Misery." I've never had a more pleasant experience at Tim's. Sweet, sweet misery indeed.“
