Please sanitize your drive thru card machine. It's filthy when I had to do chip-in payment. Also, please have the attitude of the drive-thru lady(Dec 5th, at 1pm)fixed, I can't even confirm if my nursing wife's latte was indeed decaf. No eye contact, unaccomodating expression. Good luck as we're regulars here at the nearby clinic.
I frequent this location atleast 2-3 times weekly. Everytime I pay with change, the drive thru employees assume I don’t want my change. I pass them the money, they hand me my drink and say “Have a good day.” I have to ask for my change almost every time. This is extremely disappointing.
