Sandwich mix-up cashier missed bacon. After some discussion was able to negotiate corrective action. Charged me extra $1.45 for the micro thin meat product. All in, likely cost the store and myself more than the sales value of my micro slice.Jeepers this store sure is dialed in to $ at the expense of customer experience.
Almost Everytime I order from here I get the wrong thing! Their app sucks! It sent through my order twice and I called to cancel one and they said they can’t cancel orders. So they sent both except they screwed up one and sent the wrong item. So a $25 breakfast turned into a $50 breakfast with the wrong things sent! And their customer service is so useless. Don’t even bother calling.

I go to a Tim Hortons 2x a day typically; I visit THs all over the city. There’s one particular TH location that FAR exceeds any of the others I’ve been too. This is the TH on Betts Avenue.The food far exceeds in quality and freshness and quantity. This is not a one-off experience, this is consistent! Their veggies are incredibly fresh, and stacked high.
