“Only location I go to get my iced Capps. They always make them really good. Everytime I go, the service is very quick but friendly. I remember a staff member angel or Angela, I think that’s how you spell it. They always make them good everytime I come. All of the staff is so nice.“

“I have been to Tim Hortons stores all across the country and I have never had a positive experience that I always have at the Saskatoon Broadway location. I can understand why this store has received numerous awards from the company's evaluators. The store has recently gained a new manager, Ivonne, who is outstanding not only in maintaining the excellent reputation of the store but in taking a real interest in the customers. At each (daily) visit, she patiently listens to, and smiles at, my broken Spanish as I order my coffee. She is very friendly, cheerful and focused, and her naturally confident and warm manner endears her to her staff and customers; I can see that clearly. I also want to give a shout-out to the young staff who are remarkably dedicated, so much fun, and who always greet me with a wonderful smile and kindness. I want to identify them as I know them by name: Mansi, Jashan, Neha, Pawan, Komal, Aman and Amal. They make my day...every day! Thanks to these young people, and who always work hard and who contribute in an important way to the great reputation of Broadway Tim Hortons.“

“This Tom Horton is GREAT but I just want to inform about few things- The French Vanilla machine seems to need calibration, and it should be filled manually to the required level according to the standard. Yesterday (Saturday) around 7:10 AM, a staff member filled it properly, but other times it doesn’t seem to be done with the same care — like today. We are paying for a larger size but sometimes receiving a smaller amount, which is disappointing.

It becomes especially bit difficult when we grab drinks before work and later realize a tea bag is missing or the drink isn’t filled properly. There is always a reason customers choose a specific size.

I was missing tea bag in chai tea latte a couple weeks ago, I completely understand that mistakes can happen. However, I tried calling the store to inform you since I couldn’t leave my work site at the time, but no one answered the phone. It would be appreciated if calls were picked up so customers can communicate small issues and have them resolved on their next visit. Everyone’s time is valuable.

“It is cool to have a place to stay in for coffee, a snack or a meal. People can also come here to meet friends, using the WiFi to talk about business, refresh the day for a break and a sip.
There are also from time to time some new menu for food snd drinks. Customers can make use of the app to earn the reward points and save them for a coffee or snack when you reach the points to redeem. You can also check for some promotions each time when you are there since the app may give you something special.“

“The Tim Hortons at YXE Airport [post security] offers a limited menu, serving only breakfast items and drinks throughout the day, with no lunch options available. Additionally, this location does not accept the Tim’s card, preventing customers from collecting rewards points. Service was prompt, the food quality met standard expectations, and the atmosphere was clean. While there is no dine-in seating at this location, there are several seating areas available throughout the airport.“

“I come here often. It is very much a local hangout. The patio is very popular. You will often see families and friends meet here in addition to neighborhood regulars (family meetup of 10 just walked in). It is the place where I have see the most little babies in Saskatoon! I'm typing from inside right now and looking around it's very clean as usual. Service is typically very friendly so I order from the cash instead of the app or screen. It's definitely one of the better locations I have been to in all of Canada.“

“Around 11:20 pm Feb 23, 2026 at Fairlight Drive Saskatoon SK, we had a disappointing experience with my wife at the drive-through. The staff member ( Indian lady) who took our order was impatient and unfriendly and rude. Unfortunately her accent made it difficult for us to understand her. When we asked to add another cup of coffee at the window, she refused and told us to go back to the end of the line. She didn’t even apologized. It’s clear that she needs more training in customer service and be courteous when dealing with customers. Despite this we’re still big fans of Tim’s.“

“This specific Tim is definitely busy since it's right near the mall but the employees are doing great. I come here almost all the time and they always greet me with a smile. It's never a dull moment when I visit for a coffee at this location. I'll always come back for another cup of coffee ^.^“

“The food is good for a Tim Hortons. The place is generally clean and the employees are friendly. My only real complaints are that the sevice is on the slow side and parking can be a little hard to find.. Also it does tend to be a little crowded for my liking but that's hardly their fault. Overall a good location to stop at for your Timmies fix.“

“This Tim Hortons was absolutely wonderful. Pre-placed an order for 6x Take Twelve coffees and 4x dozen assorted muffins. Everything was ready for pickup at the requested time. Staff were super friendly and the manager came out to greet me. Coffee and muffins were super fresh. Thank you!“

“Honestly, the food is pretty great here. I’ve never had any real issues. The only thing you should do is double check your bag before leaving sometimes things are forgotten.

Establishment itself is usually pretty clean however, there’s a lot of people coming in and out of there from truckers to people just passing through due to its location.

“I had the opportunity to explore this Tim Hortons location when I was in the area after an appointment. This location was set up nicely if there was a lineup at a busy time. It also felt large and like one of the bigger ones I’ve been in. There were also lots of tables to sit at as well as a small area at the back with a fireplace that looked like it wasn’t working. It was not too busy at the time we were here thankfully because I hate trying to read the menu boards up high and are flipping every couple of seconds. That is hard for most people to read but even harder for people with disabilities and especially visual issues.“
