Today i went to order the new cookie butter iced coffee and after waiting so long (wasn’t even busy) i got my drink and there was no whipped cream or topping or whatever they put on the top on the photo of the iced coffee. So i asked the worker why i didn’t get anything on the top of my drink he said that it does not come with topping. Ok, so why is there topping in the picture? What am i paying extra for then if its nothing special??
Worst McDonald's ive ever been too. It doesn't matter how busy it is they are unbelievabley slow and barely speak English ive been there too many times expecting a good result and always end up disappointed .and the food is usually smashed to shit
We got to the building at 12:05. We had to request servive at 12:20 to place orders. We got our orders completed by 12:55. Some of the kids had to wait 15 minutes just for cup to drink OR wait 15 mins For their single order of a drink! It was extremely frustrating. How hard is it to grab a cup to complete an order or how hard is it to complete an order for one drink?

McDonald's is a good place to grab a quick bite to eat. The staff is friendly, hardworking, and efficient. The restaurant is clean, quiet, and open 24 hours. The food is fresh, and customers enjoy their meals. McDonald's consistently gets orders right, with hot and tasty food, even late at night.
