McDonald's offers a mixed dining experience. While the staff is generally pleasant and efficient, the restaurant's cleanliness and food quality can be inconsistent. Customers have reported issues with the restrooms and excessive lettuce in certain menu items, such as the Bacon Ranch McCrispy. Overall, the reviews suggest room for improvement in maintaining a consistently positive customer experience.
