Tim Hortons is a popular restaurant known for its friendly staff and clean facilities. The employees, such as the enthusiastic Timbit and EmJay, provide a welcoming atmosphere. While the restaurant offers a few options for children, the high chairs could be easier to clean. Overall, the experience is good, with most employees providing excellent customer service and correctly preparing the orders. However, one employee, Pawie, has been consistently rude and has even started double-charging for a regular drink, leading to an unpleasant interaction. Despite this, Tim Hortons generally provides a positive dining experience for its customers.
