Excellent fish and chips. My grown daughter and I are fish & chip snobs. I had my own shop years ago. Fish is cooked so well and no sogginess. Fries are cooked perfectly. Owner is so sweet and very passionate. Been here a few times now. Highly recommend.
The food was well packaged and arrived much sooner than I anticipated as I live on the other side of the city. The coleslaw was surprisingly tasty. I warmed the fish and chips for a few minutes. The chips were tasty and not greasy. The fish was a bit greasy but as I’ve come to realize I ordered close to closing time and that may well have had something to do with it. The complaint I have is that the one piece haddock meal is more like a snack and on the expensive side given...
They make decent fish & chips. They offer a good selection and always have great deals. Everything is always fresh, crispy, and delicious. The prices are on the higher end, in my opinion, which is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.
