My experience with KFC has always been truly satisfying. And because of that, I visit KFC most times during lunch time. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and my order is always served hot and fresh. Overall, it has always been a pleasant and enjoyable visit that made me always want to return.

I had ordered kfc 12-piece with large fries and gravy for $34.99 with a coupon. Also, 2 sliders for $5.99 with a coupon on separate order…..these comes in really small portions folks, so I only found out once I ordered….too bad the advertisement item looks big. The chicken taste great and food comes out hot and fast as they weren’t as busy. It would be better if they had napkins and condiments out to self serve. If I’m down in the south end, I would definitely come...

It is what it is, but I generally expect fast food to be able to prepare their food FAST! was told there would be a 25-minute wait for extra crispy chicken. If you're not going to have it available, take it off the menu.
