Love McCarthy Garden! We drive across the city for this food! Fantastic little spot. The food is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Friendly service, great portions, and unbeatable value. Easily one of the best hidden gems around!!
Quite possibly worst delivered food I have had. Undercooked noodles, overcooked vegies and meat, greasy beyond belief, and way to much low quality soya sauce used as cover up flavouring. Much of the food tasted like a salt lick. Egg roles were good.
Edit. Tried this again and it is back on top for west regina. Ordered a lot of food ($180 worth) and everything was really good. Would go back to this as my go to.

Great food for supper tonight wasn't the biggest fan of the breading on the pineapple shrimp because it went soggy before we got to it but all the other dishes we had were good ginger chk, spring and egg rolls, chicken balls, low mein and the honey garlic spare ribs were FANTASTIC the orange chicken great the wonton soup was amazing as well no complaints from the meal
