The waitstaff were the absolute best, incredibly friendly and inviting. They were quite busy (as always) but still took the time to check in during our meal and chat a little. The food was immaculate, I had the beef dip and it was the best beef dip I've ever had! My mom got a burger and it was divine as well. You can taste the care they put into their food. I have never been to this establishment and my first impression is that this place and staff is by far amazing. The food I had tasted really well made, the young lady who helped me was real kind and friendly, I appreciated how I was treated here and will make this a place myself, my friends and family go to.
We just went to the Mercury for the first time and it was the best diner I have ever been to. We were served by the most amazing sever Han. Sincerely, we had the best service. Fun, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was amazing. The onions rings have quickly become my new comfort food. We will be back many many times.
