I used to love this place, now every time I go I’m frustrated. The food is good, generally but their time management has been so terrible for the last 6 months or so. I order food, get told to come in X minutes. And I still end up waiting 15-30 mins longer.I would much prefer being told I need to wait an hour and do so at home vs going there and standing shoulder to shoulder with a bunch of people in the same boat.The food is also prepared and different paces. I have been ordering from S R Kitchen for many many years. My company from Ontario tried its food for the first time, he said "Hard to find a Chinese food restaurant comparable to your level across the country! The BBQ pork is the best I have ever tried" That says a lot!

I have never gone back for cold leftovers of Chinese food before. I couldn't believe the portion sizes! The chicken from the lemon chicken dish was still crispy hours later. Service was friendly and delivery was fast!
