Ordered from the subway app and got absolutely wrong order. I just got a bland and dry bread. I called the restaurant and they refused to help me in any way possible. Moreover he hung up on me twice. Literally not an acceptable behaviour and service!!

We were looking for a slightly healthier lunch over the usual fast food joint. Subway seemed to be a good fit particularly with their new rice bowls. There were four of us and we each ordered the chicken rice bowl but customized with our own vegetables and sauce. I particularly like the chipotle to get a slightly spicier flavour. Bowls were very good and enough food for a couple of us to save leftovers for later. The only downside was that they didn’t have the jerk chicken (instead they sliced up what looked like a breaded chicken fillet) and they were out of a couple of the new sauces they’ve been advertising. It’s unfortunate they didn’t inform us in advance of the product shortages. We ate inside the restaurant as they have plenty of table in a comfortable seating area. Would definitely come back for the rice bowls!

Veggies(lettuce and spinach) are not fresh. Just ordered footlong green goddess, employee put little veggies. It seems like I ate bread and sauce. Worst experience. Should improve the quality and quantity based on what we pay for the sub.

Service is worse even if I could have option to give -5 stars i would do that. I just visited few minutes before and the person who was working there doesn’t even know how to talk. Though he don’t even understand what iam trying to say instead of being polite he speaks so rude thats not how it works and manager should teach these kind of workers how to talk properly with the customers. I hope you got my concern and will take this seriously so that it couldn’t effect company image.
