Baguette was nicely made/baked but wasn't advertised as sourdough. Not a fan of sourdough. If they made regular baguettes, we'd be regular customers. Kimchi croissant needed more Kimchi flavour.
Went today for a few danish and turnover. Everything is so delicious and flavors are satisfying, assertive and hitting the spot! I love how fresh their baking is and how much local produce they are using. You know you are eating real food also supporting local farmers. I am so happy we have such good bakery in Regina.
